The ideal candidate will drive profitable growth of service and maintenance contracts across the Northern region, focusing on the food retail and food production markets. The role centres on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored service solutions within refrigeration and HVAC systems.

• Develop and implement a regional service sales strategy within the food sector
• Build long-term relationships with customers and secure new service contract opportunities
• Assess client requirements and propose appropriate service and maintenance solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Manage contract renewals and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Service Sales Manager Job Requirements

• Experience in service sales within refrigeration, HVAC, or a related engineering field
• Strong understanding of commercial or industrial refrigeration systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a regional territory and work independently
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Service Sales Manager Salary & Benefits

• Circa £55,000
• Commission scheme: 15%
