Manager, Sales & Business Development, Europe Distribution

European Distribution | Home-based with frequent international travel


Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join KEF, the award-winning premium audio brand, as a Sales & Business Development Manager, Europe Distribution. You will manage and grow KEF's diverse distributor network across European and international territories with markets spanning Western and Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Baltics, Africa, and the Middle East. This is a commercially and analytically driven role requiring genuine international breadth, cultural fluency, and the ability to turn data into decisions.


With a strong track record in premium or luxury consumer electronics distribution across offline and online channels, you will bring analytical rigour managing performance through data rather than instinct alone. As a confident, practised user of modern CRM platforms and AI-powered commercial tools, these are at the core of how you plan, forecast and manage our markets on a day to day basis.


If you are a commercially driven collaborative partner who gets results, with experience managing distributor or channel partnerships across multiple international markets, with specific exposure to Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Baltics, Africa, or the Middle East strongly preferred, then apply now.

Key Responsibilities include:

Drive Growth Across International Markets

Build strong distributor relationships and deliver standout sell‑in and sell‑out results.

Create smart sales plans, hit ambitious targets, and lead commercial insight across your regions.


Lead With Data & Insight

Use CRM and AI tools daily to forecast accurately, uncover opportunities, and turn market data into clear actions.

Shape performance reporting and keep a sharp view of trends, pricing, and competition.


Grow Markets & Channels

Develop joint business plans, fuel omnichannel and ecommerce growth, and identify new market opportunities. Track competitor activity to guide smarter commercial decisions.


Collaborate & Influence

Partner closely with internal teams and share market insights with Marketing.

Act as the key link between distributors and the wider KEF organisation.


Broad International Scope

This role spans multiple global markets — Please specify the regions where you have proven experience when you apply.


Your skills and experience include:

Strong experience managing distributors across multiple international markets

• Fluent English (additional European/Middle Eastern languages are a plus)

• Confident user of CRM platforms and AI‑powered commercial tools

• Experienced in premium consumer electronics or audio

• Analytical with data‑driven decision‑making

• Excellent communicator with the ability to successfully navigate diverse cultures

• Able to travel internationally and have a clean driving licence


Highly desirable skills include:

Experience in developing retail markets

• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau

• Ecommerce and digital channel know‑how
