Location: York, Selby & Doncaster (site-based)
Salary: £26,000 basic + circa £50,000 OTE

About the Role

A National Residential Developer are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisors to join their growing sales teams across developments in York, Selby, and Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in new homes sales, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective buyers on-site

• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales journey

• Guide customers through the home buying process from enquiry to completion

• Maintain the presentation of show homes and sales areas

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to site performance

• Accurately complete sales paperwork and use CRM systems

What Were Looking For

• A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment

• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays (as required in new homes sales)

• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
