Arden White recruitment are supporting a Newbury-based technology company as they expand their sales team. We are recruiting a Telesales Executive to focus on account development and new business generation.

This role suits a proven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through ethical, value-led sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  
  
• Generate new business and follow up on sales enquiries
  
  
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
  
  
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
  
  
• Liaise internally to support customer satisfaction and growth
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or telesales
  
  
• Confident, commercially minded communicator
  
  
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to visit customers when required
  
  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
