HGV Class 2 Driver

Job description

We are an independent removals and storage company, now looking to recruit a reliable and customer-focusedHGV Class 2 Driverto join our growing team.

The Role:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle for domestic and commercial removals
• Loading and unloading household and office furniture
• Handling customers belongings with care and professionalism
• Local and nationwide jobs (UK-wide travel required)
• Occasional nights out (hotel accommodation paid for)
• Driving 3.5 tonne vehicles where site access restricts HGV use
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service

This is a hands-on role, so applicants must be comfortable with physical work and working closely with customers in their homes or workplaces.

What Were Looking For:

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence
• CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and occasional nights out
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a company
