A tech solutions company is seeking a friendly 1st Line IT Helpdesk Analyst for a 3-month contract in Nottingham city centre. The role focuses on delivering high-quality IT support to approximately 350 users, troubleshooting application access, and managing user accounts through Active Directory and other tech tools.
