What's the job?Join our team, and you'll become an expert advisor – an inspiration as well as a guide. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will tasks such as managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. You'll also be trained in paint‐mixing and cutting timber, but the primary focus is great customer service.
What We NeedHappy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you'll fit right in. You're friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You're open to expanding your skills with new technology and new ways of working, excel in a team environment, and are flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
