Responsibilities

Support the onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.

Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.

Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.

Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.

Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.

Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A current UK driving licence.

Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.

Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.

Strong problem‐solving, organisation, and attention to detail.

Confident communication skills and the ability to spot and escape risks quickly.
