Middlesbrough - Part time, Temporary (3 Months) - 30 Hours - £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits package

At Crown Paints, our Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of the store — helping customers bring projects to life, building relationships with local trades, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Are you our new Sales Assistant?

We're looking for a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our Middlesbrough store team. You will be:

Delivering brilliant customer service in store and over the phoneMixing and tinting paint to customer requirementsDriving the store van to deliver stock locallyProcessing sales and handling POS transactionsSupporting stock control, deliveries and store standardsBuilding relationships with customers and opening new trade accounts

Our customers range from DIYers working on weekend projects to professional decorators and builders who rely on us every day. A key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly.

Safety at Heart - This is a hands-on role, involving manual handling (5-10kg), standing for periods and operating store equipment.
