Your Role: What You'll Be DoingAs Audit Manager , you'll be responsible for leading audit engagements from planning to completion while mentoring a high‐performing team. Your role will include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various industries

Planning, executing, and finalising audits in line with regulatory and internal standards

Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and relationship management

Reviewing work prepared by audit teams and providing constructive feedbackEnsuring compliance with relevant auditing and accounting standards

Supporting Directors and Partners in business development activities and proposal writing

Coaching and mentoring junior team members, helping them grow in their roles

Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client processes

Contributing to the continued evolution of our audit methodology and quality standards

About You: What We're Looking ForYou're a proactive, detail‐oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

At least 3–5 years' audit experience, ideally with some management responsibility

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards

Demonstrated ability to manage audit engagements and client relationships

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

A team‐first attitude with a passion for mentoring and developing others

Commercial awareness and the confidence to contribute to firm‐wide initiatives
