Overview Care Assistant – Horsham | £12.21-£13.50 per hour | Long Days & Nights1Four1 Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants and Healthcare Assistants to provide temporary staff cover within residential care homes in Horsham and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for compassionate care professionals looking for flexible temporary work supporting elderly residents in well-run care homes. You will be part of a dedicated care team delivering high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.Responsibilities Supporting residents with personal care including washing, dressing and toiletingAssisting residents with mobility and moving safely around the homeSupporting residents during mealtimesProviding companionship and emotional supportFollowing individual care plans and health & safety proceduresWorking closely with the wider care team to maintain a safe and caring environmentHelping promote resident independence and wellbeingRequirements Previous experience working as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or Support WorkerExperience working within elderly residential care homesComfortable supporting residents with personal careA caring, patient and respectful approach to careAbility to work long day and night shiftsGood communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamRight to work in the UKEnhanced DBS or willingness to obtain oneAbout 1Four1 Recruitment 1Four1 Recruitment is a Crawley-based recruitment agency supporting healthcare providers across the South East.
