About EPC Experiment al Perfume Club is a London-based fragrance house redefining how people experience perfume through customisation, creativity and modern luxury. We operate across retail, e-commerce and wholesale, with a strong focus on customer experience and product quality.We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Operations and Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business.The Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of the business, combining operations, fulfilment and in-house production.You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately, stock is well managed, and production runs smoothly on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities Operations & FulfilmentPrepare and dispatch e-commerce and wholesale ordersEnsure accurate and timely fulfilmentManage shipping processesHandle delivery issues, claims and customer queriesIn-house Production (Hands-on)Manage and carry out in-house production (bottling, labelling, preparation)Support academy production and workshop preparationEnsure production quality and consistencyMaintain a clean, organised and efficient production spaceStock & LogisticsManage UK stock levels and organisationCoordinate stock movements between boutique and 3PLsSupport communication with logistics partnersMaintain accurate stock recordsOffice & AdminGeneral admin support and executive assistantOrganise internal processes and documentationSupport team coordination and follow-upsEnsure smooth day-to-day running of the businessRetail Support (Ad hoc)Provide occasional support to the boutique team when neededAssist during busy periods or peak timesProfile We are looking for someone who is:Junior to mid-levelHighly organised and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHands-on and proactiveReliable and consistentA natural problem-solverStrong attention to detail with a "luxury eye"Keen interest in perfumery, beauty or creative industryMindset Entrepreneurial "doer" mindsetEnjoys being involved in many aspects of a businessTakes initiative and gets things doneTakes pride in quality, presentation and precisionExperience Experience in operations, retail, admin, office managerExperience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, retail, hospitality, etc.)Experience in e-commerce or production is a plusMust be eligible to work in the UKAdditionnal information: This is not a remote roleThis is a hands-on, in-person positionThis is not a strategic or managerial roleThis is a hands-on operational role, involving both coordination and practical tasks such as production, packing and fulfilmentCandidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced and physically active environmentPractical Details Based in central London (boutique Covent Garden)4 to 5 days per week (part-time option possible)Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (pro rata if part-time)Sunday - Thursday shift preferred, possibility for Monday - Friday.Why join EPC Be part of a growing, creative and entrepreneurial businessWork closely with the founder and gain exposure to all aspects of operationsOpportunity to grow within the company over time
