Job Title: Marketing Operations Intern (UK, Ireland & Nordics)

Term: 6 months

Authority / purpose of the positionTo strengthen Field Marketing execution in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics (NEU) region by supporting the operation of campaigns, events, and content, ultimately driving leads and pipeline contribution.

Main Responsibility/ Job ExpectationsKey Responsibilities1) Campaign Execution & Ops

Support the operation of regional campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Landing pages, Promotions).

Manage schedules, assets, and checklists to ensure high-quality execution.

2) Lead Operations & CRM Support

Support lead capture processes for events and campaigns (Forms, QR codes, Lists).

Upload leads to CRM, verify mandatory information, remove duplicates, and apply basic tagging.

Prepare lead lists and summary reports for sales handoff.

3) Marketing Events Support

Support marketing-led conferences, workshops, and seminars across all stages: pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.

Manage operational details including checklists and on-site logistics for banners, brochures, samples, and giveaways.

4) Campaign & Event Asset Coordination

Consolidate requests for online/offline campaign and event materials and brief internal teams.

Manage version control and distribution; support simple localisation if required.

Assist with practical communication with external vendors regarding exhibitions, printing, shipping, and equipment rental (scheduling, deadlines, costs).

Prepare basic reports on campaign/event execution status, costs, lead counts, and engagement metrics to support data-driven insights.

6) Documentation & Tracking

Maintain up-to-date operational documents (templates, checklists) for campaigns and events

Monitor campaign execution status and manage operational enquiries.

Knowledge/Experience/Competence

Bachelor's degree or higher (Preferred majors: Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related fields).

1–2 years of experience in Marketing or the Life Sciences industry is preferred (including internships or projects).

Master's degree (MSc) is a plus (especially in Life Sciences/Bio-related fields).

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail (timelines, checklists, logistics, multitasking)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
