Creative Manager, International Theatrical Marketing , Amazon MGM StudiosAmazon MGM Studios are seeking a dynamic, culturally attuned, Creative Manager to join our London based team. You will work closely with the International Marketing Managers, creative vendors and the US Theatrical team to ensure territories are supplied assets for compelling, locally resonant campaigns whilst maintaining global brand integrity.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, International Theatrical Marketing, you will be passionate in your pursuit of creative excellence and will use your keen eye for detail in partnering closely with your relevant stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

Vendor & Agency Management: Work with external creative agencies and localization partners to deliver internationally tailored Print and AV adapts, cutdowns and originations; managing timelines, tracking spend against budgets and ensuring accuracy of deliverables.

Creative Planning: work closely with the Head of Creative to support the drafting and communication of international creative plans to markets, including clear guidelines around asset availability and resonance against different demographics.

Creative Feedback: Provide territory feedback to maintain brand consistency across international executions.

Territory Collaboration: Partner with local market teams to gather deadlines, monitor emerging formats, collate feedback and ensure all markets are supplied with optimal creative to deploy successful local campaigns.

Maintain a working relationship with US counterparts to ensure International needs and deadlines are represented in global materials.

B2B Creative: Ensure territories are supplied with best‐in‐class materials for local trade events/conventions.

Create international outdoor suites and POS toolkits.

Stunts & Activations: support the territories with the sourcing and creation of bespoke assets for local stunts and media activations.

Clearances: ensure creative assets are routed through the correct channels for legal and clearance approvals.

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in professional creative advertising within Theatrical Marketing

Proven track record of creating, adapting and finishing AV and print materials

Project management: ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Comprehensive understanding of creative formats and media channels

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Excellence in communication, presentation, quality control and organisation

Able to multitask, work under tight deadlines and flexibly respond to additional opportunities and strategic needs

Proven experience working in global markets and understanding cultural nuances in creative execution

Strong understanding of the theatrical release cycle, including awareness, consideration, and conversion phases

Preferred Qualifications

Attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate clear direction when dealing with ambiguity

An interest in emerging technologies and their application improving creative advertising processes and workflows

Passionate knowledge of media, movies, entertainment and design

Understanding of film genres, audience segmentation, and demographic targeting

Familiarity with theatrical measurement metrics and campaign performance analysis
