About the role Claimont Health offers a Nursing Assistant position supporting a client with spinal injury and complex health needs in the community. The role can be full‐time, part‐time, or bank staff.Main duties Provide domiciliary home care for clients with spinal injury.Deliver person‐centred care and support client and family members.Maintain professional boundaries within the home setting.Apply flexibility, maturity, independence and highest professional standards.Deliver client‐specific care and adapt approach to meet client needs.Qualifications & experience ≥1 year as a Complex Care Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant with experience of people with spinal injury.NVQ Level 3 or 4 related subjects; or nursery nurse qualification or similar.Diploma in relevant health/social subject.Experience in complex care, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, medication administration.Knowledge of Information Governance, Data Protection, Care certificate standards and safeguarding.Key skills Excellent communication, written and verbal.Strong organisational, multi‐tasking and independent working skills.Empathy, compassion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Attention to detail and pride in presentation.Compensation & benefits Competitive rate £16 per hour. Support and motivation from clinical and operations teams.
