As a Junior Sous Chef at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Kitchen team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Supporting the Sous Chef and other senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.

Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen.

Closely working with the team to prepare and design an enticing menu.

Ensure all tools and workspaces are clean, tidy and functional.
