OverviewWe are an online clothing retailer looking for enthusiastic individuals that want to help us bring our brand alive and support our dedicated customers with all of their order needs from deliveries to refunds and styling to fabrics. As a bi-lingual Customer Service Advisor, your primary role will be supporting our customers in Germany, also supporting our UK and US customers when required. The role is based in our UK operations in the Leicester Contact Centre.

LocationThe first 12 weeks of training will be office-based at our Glenfield office, from 9:00am - 5:00pm. There after:

3 days per week office-based and 2 days WFH.

Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am - 7:00pm (to include 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm, and 11:00am - 7:00pm).

1 in 4 weekend shifts will be required.

Shift schedules will be provided three weeks in advance.

What You Will Do

Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, you'll bring our Boden Values to life and deliver a memorable experience every time, showcasing the very highest customer service skills.

You'll handle orders, delivery enquiries, refund queries, and much more, across multiple markets including the UK, US, and Europe.

Solve customer issues quickly and smoothly, keeping things on track with our SLAs for top-notch quality, first-contact resolution, and productivity - all while delivering an awesome experience.

A top-notch knowledge of our products and the confidence to guide customers toward their next big purchase with ease.
