SALES ASSISTANT - LUXURY CHILDRENS WEARLuxury Department store - London

Salary - £26,000 per year

Full time - 40 hours

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.

Develop loyalty with customers by building relationships.

Demonstrate product knowledge in all categories.

Assist with yearly stock audits.

Close and open the boutique when required.

Responsible for cash, card, and till transactions.

Ensure the visual merchandising is immaculate.

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or a similar customer‐facing role, preferably in children's wear.

Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.

Energetic, confident, and target‐driven.

Excellent at providing customer service.
