Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team in Dundee. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients in their selection of jewellery and timepieces, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store displays, handling transactions, and ensuring that customers have a memorable shopping experience. This is an on-site role, where you will work closely with the team and customers to meet and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Exceptional Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and promoting product knowledge effectively.

Effective Organization Skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain store presentation standards.

A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for luxury retail are highly valued.

Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
