Halliwell Jones North Wales is looking for an Aftersales Customer Advisor.
Your roleHalliwell Jones (North Wales) is looking for a motivated and personable Aftersales Customer Advisor (VHC Specialist) to join our team. If you love building strong customer relationships, supporting clients through every step of their vehicle service journey, and thriving in a fast‐paced, high‐quality environment, this is your chance to make a real impact. As part of our Aftersales team, you'll play a central role in ensuring that every customer receives the premium, professional service they expect from the BMW and MINI brands.
Basic Salary £28,000 per annum OTE £35,000. Full Time, Permanent position. Hours: Average 43.83 hours per week (42.5 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturdays).
Your Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department.
Deliver a premium and professional customer experience at all stages.
Manage service and repair bookings.
Provide customers with progress updates on their vehicles.
Clearly explain the work carried out and any recommendations.
Support customers throughout the full aftersales journey, from booking to vehicle collection.
Your profile
Proven upselling skills
Possess a basic understanding of automotive systems and components (e.g. Drive, RTC).
Familiar with manufacturer repair times and standards.
Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator.
Flexible team player, willing to go the extra mile.
Full valid UK driving licence.
