Care Assistants – Join Our Friendly Team in Godalming & Guildford!

At London Care (Sage Division), every day is different — and every day gives you the chance to make a real difference.We're currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Godalming and Guildford.

Guildford: Burpham, Jacobs Well, Merrow, Shalford, Chilworth, Albury, Gomshall, and Peasmarsh.Godalming: Hambledon, Witley, Chiddingfold, Enton, Wormley, Milford, Elstead, and parts of Brook.

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.50 per hour

Saturday: £14.70 per hour

Sunday: £15.00 per hour

Mileage Allowance: £0.30 per mile

We operate 7 days a week and offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:

Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM

Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We value flexibility, reliability, and compassion, and we offer consistent, rewarding work for those passionate about helping others.

Full UK driving licence

Access to a vehicle (essential for travel between clients)

Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing

You'll deliver essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first:

Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Medication support (preparation and administration)

Meal preparation and mealtime assistance

Mobility and equipment support

Companionship and emotional support

Medication collection and reminders

Safe mobility support and transfers

Health monitoring and observation

Promoting social inclusion and family connection

Accurate documentation and record-keeping

Responding to emergencies quickly and safely

Working collaboratively with families and professionals

QualificationsWhat You'll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)

No experience? No problem! We provide full paid training — all we ask is that you bring:

Reliability and problem-solving ability

The right to work in the UK

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (especially in rural areas)
