Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Paisley for a Junior Account Manager. Responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales proposals, managing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will handle administrative tasks as well as support sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships

Basic understanding of sales processes and account management practices

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard productivity tools like Microsoft Office

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach

Experience in the trade or construction industry is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
