Why Costa

£13.93 per hour (rising to £14.43 once skilled). For hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a pay rate of £12.93. (rising to £13.43 once skilled)

Lead smooth, efficient shifts

Train and support new Baristas

Energise and motivate your team

Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence

Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

Who you are

A reliable role model with accountability and maturity

A strong team player with great communication skills

Energetic, positive and confident leading others

Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure

Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role

Confident working in a small team of two on shift

18 years or over due to the element of night working
