Recruit A Driver are currently recruiting for an experiencedClass 2 (Category C) HIAB Driverto support a well-established builders merchant based in Dewsbury. This role providesad-hoc cover for holiday and sickness, making it ideal for drivers looking for flexible work.

You will be delivering building materials using aclass 2 vehicle with HIAB offload only, meaning there isno manual handling required. Deliveries are local across West Yorkshire within a well-organised and supportive fleet operation.

The Role

• Driving aClass 2 vehicle
• Delivering timber, blocks, plaster, bulk bags and palletised goods
• HIAB offload only no handball
• Local delivery routes acrossWest Yorkshire
• Up to15 drops per shift, planned across 3 delivery runs
• Providingad-hoc cover for holidays and sickness

Key Details

• £18.00 per hour
• Start times between06:30 07:00
• Physically lighter workcompared to standard multi-drop
• Well-structured routes
• Supportive on-site transport team

Requirements

• ValidClass 2 (Category C) licence
• HIAB certificate(remote, hook or grab experience preferred)
• Confident and professional when dealing with customers
• Moffett licence beneficial but not essential
• Reliable and safety-focused approach
