As our Deputy Front of House Manager , you'll help lead our Front of House (FOH) operation—supporting bars, VIP areas, cloakroom, merchandising and corporate events—ensuring every guest walks away with an exceptional experience.

What You'll DoFront of House Operations

Support the smooth day‐to‐day running of bars, merchandise, cloakroom and the VIP Lounge.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences across live events and corporate functions.

Maintain strong stock controls and support accurate forecasting.

Contribute to financial performance, helping to meet EBITDA targets.

People Management & Culture

Recruit, train and develop an inclusive, high‐performing FOH team.

Lead People processes including rotas, performance and team standards.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Champion a strong Health & Safety culture across the FOH team.

Ensure compliance with venue policies and support safe audience movement.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar high‐footfall, customer‐facing role within live events or entertainment.

Strong understanding of multi‐stakeholder environments.

A valid personal alcohol licence.

Proven experience managing team administration (absence, performance, rotas) in a comparable industry.

Comfortable working unsocial hours as required by event schedules.

Understanding of event management planning and industry guidelines.

Experience working with VVIPs and senior executives.

High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Ability to collaborate with wider venue partners to ensure safe and efficient audience management.
