Barrington James is hiring Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our global Life Sciences recruitment business. You don't need prior recruitment experience - we provide full training - but you do need ambition, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

This is a performance-driven environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings and progression.

The role will involve:

Identifying and engaging specialist talent within the Life Sciences market

Building relationships with innovative biotech and pharmaceutical companies

Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage

Developing your own client base and market specialism

Working towards clear targets and earning uncapped commission

£45K+ OTE in year one

£100K+ potential by year three
