What You'll Be Doing

Play a visible role in growing the firm's offshore and international private client offering, including thought leadership and market engagement.

Build and sustain long‐term trusted adviser relationships with UHNW families and their professional networks.

Originate and lead complex advisory work, leveraging support from colleagues as needed.

Act as lead adviser on offshore trusts and international structures, from establishment through ongoing advisory, restructuring and succession.

Advise UK‐connected and internationally mobile individuals on residence, domicile, remittance basis and cross‐border tax planning.

Support trustees, protectors and family offices on UK tax exposure, governance and risk.

Lead, mentor and develop senior private client tax professionals within the practice.

What We're Looking For

An established Private Client Tax Partner or equivalent, with recognised market credibility in offshore trusts and international private client tax.

Deep technical authority and confidence to advise at the most senior level across complex, multi‐jurisdictional matters.

Proven track record of originating, leading and growing high‐value private client advisory relationships.

Trusted adviser mindset, able to operate across generations, jurisdictions and adviser groups.

Commercially driven, with the ambition and capability to help shape and scale the practice.

Professional standing and experience commensurate with a UK Private Client Tax Partner role.

We are seeking an established UK Private Client Tax Partner with deep expertise in offshore trusts and international private client tax to play a leading role in the continued growth of our Private Client practice.

This is a senior, market‐facing role for a Partner who is trusted by UHNW families, international individuals, trustees and family offices to advise on complex, long‐term structuring and cross‐border tax matters. You will have the platform, autonomy and backing to further develop a high‐quality offshore and international proposition within a well‐established team.
