Team Leader - Inbound Call Centre
Location:Billericay / Basildon
Start Date:ASAP
Salary:£23,500 (1-year fixed-term contract)
Job Description:
Supervise an established and growing team of call handlers receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements.
Train, encourage, and motivate a team of up to 10 call handlers to meet call targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Lead by example and support the team, helping to grow the team when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
Own transport is required due to poor public transport; free parking is available.
