As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

Project

Based in our London Headquarters, you will have the opportunity to take the lead of a crucial project focused on enhancing newcomer onboarding and digitalising HR administrative processes. This initiative will immerse you in the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing talent selection, onboarding, induction, management of administrative process, payroll processing, reporting and HR KPI's, and departure procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Participate actively with the Employee's Induction programme and Onboarding activities,Support the HR Associate with completion of various HR Reports (FTE, joiners, leavers, promotion, transfers, absenteeism, payroll cost, etc.);Support the HR Associate with the joiner and leaver processes for all employees.Upgrade efficiently the maintenance all digital and physical employee files, HR Systems completion & organisation charts up;Participate in payroll process activities;Participate actively with the Recruitment process:Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksSupport the HR Associate with the screening of the candidate profilesAssist the HR Associate with ad-hoc recruitment projects for store opening and/or Pop-up stores, schedule and confirm interviews with candidatesYou may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.

While being exposed and performing above duties, your mission will be to leverage digital technologies and ways to digitized data to improve our HR processes, transform the HR day-to-day administrative operations and enhance efficiency linked to newcomer onboarding and HR administrative processes

Profile

Previous experience in a Human Resources Department is considered a plusBachelor's or Master's DegreeTech savvy and strong IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)Self-starter with a can do approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent relationship/team skillsExcellent organizational skillsConfident, organised, professionalismHighly proactive, anticipative, responsive and reactiveCreative problem solving abilityGoal oriented approach, multitasking and ability to prioritise workload effectivelyStrong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industryGood knowledge of UK labor legislation is an advantageFluent English; another European language is a plus
