We are now looking for a First Line Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of daily warehouse activities.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to deliver excellent operational performance

Ensure all tasks are completed safely, following site procedures, risk assessments and compliance standards

Allocate labour, manage workloads, and adjust priorities based on daily operational requirements

Monitor productivity, quality and accuracy, taking proactive steps to address performance gaps

Support colleague engagement, training and development, ensuring a positive team culture

Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Has experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fast paced operational environment

Shows strong leadership qualities and can bring out the best in others

Is confident making decisions, even under pressure

Communicates clearly and constructively with colleagues at all levels
