We have an exciting opportunity for an International Tax Manager to join our Group Tax Team. The Group Tax Team works collaboratively with the business on a day-to-day basis to provide advice across all taxes. Our team is fueled by curious minds from diverse backgrounds.

This role will include working on advisory and compliance aspects for international tax. You will be communicating with the business and acting as the first point of contact for their tax queries. This role will partner with internal teams on projects and initiatives so a fantastic opportunity to build relationships within the business. You would also be drafting structure plans, preparing reports and support seniors managers as required.

A successful candidate must be a proven self-starter, who is comfortable with pro-actively communicating directly and liaising at all levels.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Work to build strong relationships with tax, treasury, finance, legal and operations personnel in key countries responsible for the business operations impacted by projects implemented

Preparation of CFC analysis, as well as other tax reporting required e.g. DAC 6, WHT Clearances, Tax Residency Certificates, etc

Assistance with UK and International tax audits

Assist with design and implementation of business restructuring, refinancing and other advisory projects as required.

Assist with ensuring that the group is compliant with its BEPS Pillar 2 compliance requirements.

Providing transfer pricing support to the group.

About You

Professional qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CA/ CTA or equivalent

2-3 years of previous experience on International Tax – desirable

Demonstratable experience of working in a similar in-house International Tax role

The ability to influence and confidently communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders with varying levels of financial competence

Self‐motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects

LocationThis is a hybrid role, split between the London Paddington office (3 days) and home (2 days) – however flexibility will be required at times.
