Role OverviewWe are seeking a Trainee Financial Adviser to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in wealth management or who has started their CII R01 exams. You will work closely with experienced advisers and paraplanners to support clients and develop your career towards full financial adviser status.

Key Responsibilities

Support financial advisers in delivering advice to clients

Assist with preparing client fact-finds, suitability reports, and recommendations

Liaise with clients regarding investment, pension, and insurance matters

Conduct research on investment products, pensions, and insurance solutions

Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Support the administration of client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing advice processes

Experience and Qualifications

Experience working in wealth management or financial services

Ideally starting or planning to start CII R01 exams

Strong interest in building a career as a Financial Adviser

Excellent organisational, communication, and client service skills

Ability to work accurately and efficiently under supervision

Confident using financial planning software and Microsoft Office
