Senior Associate / Managing Associate – Employment

A leading Tier 1 international law firm , headquartered in Central London , is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team .

The firm is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking to appoint an ambitious employment specialist to support its expanding client base and complex caseload.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative, award-winning team advising a prestigious portfolio of international and domestic clients across a broad range of employment matters.
The RoleYou will play a key role in advising on a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
Employment law support on corporate transactions
Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
Senior executive exits and negotiations
Day-to-day advisory work on complex employment issues for corporate clients
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-profile matters , contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor more junior members of the team.
Candidate RequirementsApplications are invited from high-calibre Employment Solicitors who can demonstrate:
Significant post-qualification experience within employment law
A background gained at a reputable City or leading international law firm
Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent client relationship skills
The ambition to progress within a top-tier international firm
