We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Summer Rental Customer Advisor for our Sheffield Car & Van Rental branch.We Offer 33 days' annual leaveFlexible leaveGenerous employee discountsPrivate healthcareWorkplace pensionExtensive trainingEnhanced maternity and paternity leave...and much moreHours Temporary: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 and alternate weekendsAbout The Role As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you'll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect from us.The right person for this varied role will be flexible, organised and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.Day-to-day duties Delivering a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephoneUsing your brilliant communication and organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficientlyHandling customer complaints and queriesMonitoring and controlling expenditureRunning daily reports and ensuring they're acted onHelping to promote the branch and a positive customer experienceOccasionally covering at other branches when neededEssential Skills Strong administrative skillsDemonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a teamGood communication skillsThe flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis seven days per week and also cover other branchesA full UK driving licenceNice To Have (but Not Essential) Previous experience of working in the rental industryOur Culture Arnold Clark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
