We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our amazing site in London .Location: WC1H 9JZSalary: £35,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, you will be required to support in hospitality so additional hours will be available as overtime, some flexibility is requiredKey responsibilities will include: To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needsTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are 'picture perfect' every timeYou will be responsible for running the cafe and cover between 50-60 covers per dayTo communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredientIdeal Cafe Sous Chef Candidate: Drive the café to improve the food and increase our covers during our lunch periodIs flexible and havea good front of house ability to cover during busy lunch periodBe highly focused on social sustainabilityHave contract Catering or Cafe background is highly desirableVery well organised and good time-management skillsHave in-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation standardsWhat's in it for you?
