Identify, investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline operational processes. Manage broker and custodian enquiries efficiently and professionally. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks. Develop expertise to become an internal subject matter expert for complex trading operations queries. Monitor internal systems to optimize operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly. Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members.
