• This Secondary school caters for pupils aged 10-19.
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, Graduate Teaching Assistant role.
• Support the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils in Colchester.
• Assist the class teacher with planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism.
• Support pupils in developing communication, life skills, and independence.
• Work alongside therapists and support staff within the Colchester school environment.
