Shifts: Mainly daytime, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
About theJuniorSousChefrole:
Reporting directly tothe HeadChef and Sous Chefand deputising in their absence
Working with the HeadChef, Sous Chef and Group ExecutiveChefto ensure the kitchen operation remains consistent, support the development new menu ideas and ways to improve our offerings
Ensuring the food quality is always at its highest standard
Ensure the performance of the kitchenteamis of the highest standard by motivating and leading by example
Overseeing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control in conjunction with the HeadChef and Sous Chef
Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are maintained to the highest standard
