OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic IT Systems Support Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for students or graduates eager to gain practical, hands‐on experience in IT systems, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software
Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities
Support network security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies
Document common issues and prepare troubleshooting guides
Assist in setting up new user accounts and permissions
Perform system backups and data recovery tests
Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records
Support in software updates and system patches
Assist with printer, scanner, and peripheral device maintenance
Monitor email and internet usage policies for compliance
Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrade projects
Test new hardware and software solutions before rollout
Provide support for online meetings and video conferencing tools
Participate in IT process improvement initiatives
