Your role involves providing care in the community to empower and encourage our service users to remain as safe and independent as possible.
Your duties can include; providing personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily tasks of living, escorting someone out, providing a domestic, sitting service, doing shopping and 24hour care.
We are rated 'good' with CQC and are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team as Care Support Workers.
Full training is provided, DBS checked and references requested.
