Lab TechnologistWest Molesey

£25,000 - £27,000 pro rata

20 hours per week

Are you a bright and enthusiastic Lab Technologist with background knowledge of chemistry or lab work? Join a collaborative team where you will be working on sampling, testing, and QA and competitor testing. Whilst mainly working independently, you should also be able to work within a team to draw experience, feedback, and advice from your colleagues. You should be organised, analytical, able to work independently, be a creative problem solver, and a desire to strive for excellence.

Responsibilities of the Lab Technologist

Testing new products

Reviewing samples if not approved

Maintain a high standard of organisation and cleanliness

Confident making up samples for approval

Sample a range of product applications

Check and approve pre-production samples (Red Seals) and 1st production samples (Gold Seals) for new products

Organise research and findings

Skills required for the Lab Technologist

Background within chemistry or lab work

Word, Outlook & Excel proficiency

Analytical

Highly organised
