12 Month Internship - Distribution and Asset RotationJob SummaryJoin our dynamic Distribution and Asset Rotation department in London as an Intern. You will support various teams including Leveraged and Telecom Finance Syndicate EMEA, Corporate, Commodities and Export Finance loan Syndicate EMEA, Project Finance Distribution EMEA, Loan Sales EMEA, Credit Risk Insurance EMEA, Secondary Loan Trading EMEA, and Asset Rotation Optimisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of financial services and transactions. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of technical skills and soft skills, enabling them to contribute effectively across diverse financial tasks and team interactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeveraged and Telecom Finance Syndicate, EMEA:

Assist in the execution of Bookrunner responsibilities on Primary Syndicated Leveraged Loan, High Yield Bond, and Telecom transactions

Provide research and market analysis information

Support marketing activities and produce/update reporting spreadsheets.

Corporate, Commodities and Export Finance Syndicate EMEA:

Support senior officers in the pricing and distribution of loan transactions

Maintain and develop the team's comps database

Prepare PowerPoint presentations and track transactions.

Project Finance Distribution, EMEA:

Support origination activities and coordinate the syndication of debt

Provide market view on new transaction pricing and prepare relevant material for pitches

Lead documentary and reporting tasks.

Loan Sales EMEA:

Assist with the execution of primary and secondary distribution

Provide research and market analysis for the sales desk

Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and systems

Credit Risk Insurance Team:

Assist in activity monitoring and reporting

Liaise with deal teams and brokers on individual CRI opportunities

Secondary Loan Trading Team:

Assist in activity monitoring and reporting

Liaise with business lines on individual opportunities

Education Requirements

Graduated within the past 18 months with minimum a 2:1 or equivalent Bachelor's Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Experience

Experience in banking, preferably in lending/debt or corporate finance

Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Ability to multi-task, flexibility, punctuality, and reliability

Honesty, transparency, and integrity

Technical Skills RequiredProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
