Overview Join Cera as a Care Assistant in East Lancashire. You\'ll be helping us on our mission to transform social care and support more people to live longer, healthier, happier lives in their own homes.Are you kind, people-focused, and motivated by making a difference? No experience is required — just compassion and a desire to help others.Responsibilities We\'re recruiting both part‐time and full‐time care assistants to support clients in their homes across Burnley, Pendle, Hyndburn, Rossendale, Clitheroe and the surrounding areas. We offer flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to support work-life balance.Your responsibilities may include personal care (such as continence support, washing and dressing), medication support, preparing meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
