Customer Care Assistant

OverviewAs a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of the restaurant and will engage with customers to ensure a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

Deal with customers and maintain positive communication.

Make children feel welcome (hand out balloons, organise special events).

Look after customers' specific needs.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining areas and toilets.

Report customer satisfaction to the manager.

Work efficiently in a fast‐moving, high‐energy environment.

Qualifications

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful demeanor.

Effective communication skills: attentive listening, face‐to‐face verbal communication and eye contact.

Job Details

Position: Retail Assistant – Part Time

Hours: 20 hours across 5 days per week (early starts possible).

Pay: £10.10–£12.31 per hour.
