Job SummaryAs an individual contributor on the seasonal rooftop team at Arlo Williamsburg, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. This position is full-time or part-time and includes a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range of $11.35 to $25 per hour, paid weekly

Seasonal position with the potential for extension based on performance

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Assist guests with seating, taking orders, and serving food and drinks

Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly

Maintain a clean and organized rooftop area, including tables, chairs, and decor

Prepare and serve drinks from the rooftop bar

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests

Work closely with other departments, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetingsStay updated on menu items and daily specials

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid alcohol serving certification

Knowledge of New York City and its surrounding areas is a plus
