What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the functional lead for CloudPay Payroll and Workday HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Oversee payroll processing for countries across APAC and EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Assist employees with payroll inquiries and maintain a customer-friendly approach

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to policies

Act as a subject matter expert for complex payroll inquiries, audits, and compliance matters

What is Required (Qualifications)

Deep working knowledge of Workday HCM and experience with integrated global payroll platforms like CloudPay

Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles, tax compliance, and labor regulations

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze and reconcile large sets of payroll data accurately

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in managing payroll in a fast-paced, international environment

Proven ability to improve processes and scale operations effectively

Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
