We are currently seeking a Retail Intern to join our New Bond Street Boutique for a 6‐month internship. You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of stock handling, customer service, product training, administration and an opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment. This role incorporates a combination of front‐of‐house and back‐of‐house responsibilities.

Please note: Candidates must be available to work full‐time 40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility and has the right to work in the UK.

Job responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure each client receives a consistent and professional service.

Display a genuine passion for luxury and interest in the retail and fashion industries.

Consistently maintain high standards, a drive to succeed and show motivation to deliver personal and team goals.

Use your excellent organisational skills to support the team in the operational aspects of the department.

Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of Visual Merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards within the department.

Back of house maintenance.

Follow all Christian Dior procedures in regard to garment protection, stockroom housekeeping and security tagging.

Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure.

Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock team and Sales teams.

Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.

Profile

Previous stock, sales or administration experience, ideally from a luxury environment (not mandatory).

The ability to multi‐task and work as part of a team.

Organisation skills.

A desire to develop a career in luxury retail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A team player with good time management skills.

Committed, flexible and willing to learn.

Additional information

Must be available for 6 months.

Must be available to work Monday to Sunday flexible, 40 hours per week.

Must be available to start immediately.
