Supporting the Head of HR, this is varied role working part-time, 25 hours per week.HR Administrator ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:Organise and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.Assist in the hiring process by posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding activities.Update HR policies and provide guidance to staff and managers on HR procedures and best practices.Gather and analyse HR metrics, preparing regular reports to support decision-making and track workforce trends.Act as a contact point for HR queries, supporting the resolution of workplace issues and managing employee absences.Monitor changes in employment law, maintain proper documentation, and support audits to ensure HR practices are compliant.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative organisation during an exciting period of growth.
