Allen Archaeology Ltd Location: Lincoln and PrestonSalary: £28,797.76 – £31,187.19 per annum (pay award pending)Due to our ongoing and upcoming projects and workload, we are looking to appoint a Project Supervisor or a Trainee Project Supervisor for an immediate start, on a permanent basis, subject to the successful completion of a three‐month probationary period and a training plan for the Trainee role.About the role You will be supervising teams of experienced archaeologists and trainees on a variety of projects, primarily based out of either our head office in Lincoln, or our regional office in Preston. Allen Archaeology is a welcoming and diverse place to work.Trainee Project Supervisor Grade 2.1 – £28,797.76 per annum. We are open to receiving applications from those ready and have enough experience to move into a more senior role. Our award‐winning training plan lasts at least 3 months and, once completed, you will move up to Grade 2.2. You should be enthusiastic, willing to learn, confident and professional when speaking to contractors, clients and colleagues, comfortable with giving instructions and constructive feedback, and able to manage your time and meet deadlines.Project Supervisor Grade 2.2 – £31,187.19 per annum.
