UK Notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (Increasing to £13.10 from 1st April 2026)

Position: Customer Advisor

Part Time – 18.75 hours per week

Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term

Location: B&Q Lincoln

What's the job?Join our team, and you'll become an expert advisor. You will be the person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You'll also be trained in paint‐mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.

What We NeedWe are looking for someone who is happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement. You are friendly and outgoing, thrive on helping others, and are excited to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You work well in a team and are flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
